Brockfield Land Developments have lodged an
application for Material Change of Use and
reconfiguration on 91ha of gently undulating
selectively cleared land to create a Master Planned
Community that will ultimately provide housing to in
excess of 2000 residents and will incorporate shops
and community services.
The development of this site will include its’ own
sewerage treatment plant to service the variety of
residential accommodation that will be provided
from townhouses, small lots, standard lots through to large lots.
The site includes a town centre incorporating a
tavern, small convenience centre and professional
offices. The town centre will be situated on a central
recreational lake.
Approvals for stage 1 are due at the end of 2007
and construction in 2008.
