Following on from the success of the Pacific Blue apartments, Portfolio Projects acquired 26 Kingscliff Street and designed a three level apartment building consisting of 6 two bedroom and 6 three bedroom apartments, with a full basement carpark and swimming pool. This building encompassed the relaxed Tweed lifestyle at a more affordable price, reflecting its location one street back from the beach.
