Situated in the heart of Kingscliff, with direct beachfront access, Pacific Blue luxury apartments set a new level of quality for the north Tweed Coast area. All six three bedroom apartments were approximately 170m2, plus balconies and 2 secure car parks. All units had lift access via a central core allowing all units to have full width front balconies. The variation in setbacks along the sides of the buildings allows for full water views from the master bedroom and ensuite, as well as providing an opportunity for a variety of materials and textures on the external blade walls. These blade walls also function as privacy screens to the adjoining properties.
The success of the project was reflected in all units being presold very early in the marketing campaign, at prices that set a new level for the area. More than half of the units were sold to existing Kingscliff residents, reflecting the strong local acceptance of our project.
