Portfolio Projects identified the south-eastern area of Pine Rivers Shire as a major future growth area. Portfolio Projects has contracted to purchase 23 hectares of rural land located adjacent to Dohles Rocks Road and Henry Road (which is to become the north-south arterial road) and has designed a new residential community of 90 lots (approx) residential allotments surrounded by 11 hectares of parkland. This project will encompass the principles of ESD (Ecologically Sustainable Development) through the re-use of stormwater, lot orientation, water polishing and minimising clearing of existing vegetation.
