Portfolio Projects were commissioned as Project Manager for “Sahara Estate” Glasshouse Mountains, an 80 lot residential subdivision. The first four stages of Sahara Estate (51 lots) were successfully completed with an exceptional result for all stakeholders. Cost of Project (Stages 1-6) – $ 4 million. |
