completed with the Hotel
remaining in full operation

Lions Social Club
Portfolio Projects were
commissioned to project manage
the design and construction of
the new Lions Social Club. The
project included 80 machines,
bars, lounges and specialist
lightling and design graphics. The
project was completed alongside
the operating Chalk Hotel.
Cost of project - $3 million
Commissioned to project
manage the complete
refurbishment of the former
'Railway Hotel'. The Chalk
Hotel now consists of five
bars, two DJ's, pizza kitchen,
restaurant, gaming room,
offices and carparks.

Regatta Village, Toowong
Portfolio Projects is undertaking the role of Project Manager and Owner's Representive for the complete development of the Regatta Village site.
The completed development will comprise of 2
levels of basement car parking, Ground Floor Retail and Village Square, Four Star Hotel rooms, sixty two residential apartments and two penthouses.
Cost of project - $55 million
